To guarantee all MMG employees understand corporate ethical policies, new and existing employees will be required to attend a 2-day ethics training. The training will be developed by the Ethics Officer, Human Resources (HR) Director, and outside contractor, Clairmont Institute of Ethics. The primary purpose of the Ethics Training is to empower employees to recognize and deal with ethical difficulties and developing their moral perceptions, which are implicit in everyday choices and actions at MMG.
