Personal Philosophy of Nursing

Nursing is one of the most fulfilling careers in the world.  The profession becomes more interesting when a nurse has a higher knowledge and understanding that enables the examination of the experiences encountered in everyday practice. When coupled with ethics, this knowledge can enable nurses to perform good practice and give care a higher value. Philosophy and nursing practice are inseparable as they benefit each other. Philosophy increases the nurse’s ability to understand things happening in the environment, enabling them to improve their practice (Prabawati, 2019). Nursing practice, on the other hand, requires philosophy to relate findings to human knowledge. This makes personal nursing philosophies an important requirement for nurses who care about the direction of their profession. This paper is an expression of my nursing philosophy. It provides an outline for my professional practice, discusses why I chose nursing practice and defines my interactions with stakeholders in the healthcare environment.

The nurses ensured that he was comfortable. I wanted to do the same for other people who needed medical care someday…………... Kindly click the purchase icon above to buy the full tutorial at $20
